During this course you will learn skills to help you to be conscious and attentive in daily life. During the sessions the focus will be on practical exercises. You reflect on automatic patterns from daily life. You exercise several attitudinal qualities: non-judging, patience, fresh look, confidence, non-striving, acceptance and letting go.
